End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single legal entity, "you") and zhanyisoft ("Licensor") regarding the "MemoryCleaner" software (including program files, installers, and accompanying documentation, "the Software"). Installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software indicates that you have read and agree to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software and immediately delete all copied files.

1. License scope

1. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software.

2. Trial license: for 30 days from first run you may use all features free of charge to evaluate whether to purchase.

3. Full license: after the trial, you must activate with an activation code issued by the Licensor to continue using the Software. One full license covers up to 5 devices (based on the machine code entered at activation); if the machine code changes due to hardware change or system reinstallation, contact the Licensor for a free reissue.

4. The license is for a single customer (based on the customer name registered with the activation code). Enterprise volume licensing, more than 5 devices, or resale requires a separate agreement with the Licensor.

2. Usage restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by law or agreed by the Licensor in writing, you must not:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to obtain its source code;

2. Modify, translate, adapt the Software, or create derivative works based on it;

3. Rent, lend, sell, resell, or redistribute the Software or any part of it (including activation codes), or use it for time-sharing or hosting services;

4. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other rights notice in the Software;

5. Circumvent, crack, or otherwise interfere with the Software's license verification (including forging activation codes or tampering with the system time to extend the trial);

6. Use the Software for any purpose that violates laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual property

1. All intellectual property rights in the Software (including but not limited to program code, interface design, icons, and documentation) belong to zhanyisoft and are protected by copyright law and international treaties.

2. This Agreement grants a license to use, not a sale of the Software itself; all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.

4. Privacy

The Software does not collect or upload any personal information or usage data. License verification information (first-run date, activation state) is stored only in encrypted form in your local user data directory and registry for license management; license verification is performed entirely locally and does not require the network. The Software offers an optional "Check for updates" feature (enabled by default, can be disabled from the tray menu): when enabled, the program accesses our own update server (https://itzhanyi.top) to obtain a version announcement file and notify you of new versions; the request carries only the software name and current version, contains no personal data, and never downloads or installs anything automatically. Apart from this, the program does not connect to the Internet.

5. Disclaimer

1. The Software is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. The Software includes system-level functions such as "End process" and "Release memory". Please back up important data; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for loss of unsaved data, business interruption, or other consequences caused by using the Software to exit/end other programs.

3. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor's total liability for the Software is limited to the license fee you actually paid for the Software.

6. Refund policy

The Software is a digital product. Once an activation code has been activated, it is non-refundable; if an activation code has not been activated, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are returned via the original payment channel. See the accompanying Refund Policy for details.

7. Termination

1. If you violate any term of this Agreement, this license terminates automatically; upon termination you must immediately stop using the Software and destroy all copies.

2. If the license expires (the trial ends without activation, or a full license expires without renewal), you must stop using the Software.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a competent People's Court of the People's Republic of China.

9. Contact

*This Agreement may be revised with software updates; the latest version published by the Licensor prevails. Continued use of a new version constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.*
