2. After-sales support

1. Activation issues: invalid code, input errors, reactivation after changing hardware or reinstalling the system;
2. Usage questions: installation, uninstallation, features, shortcuts, etc.;
3. Bug fixes: confirmed defects are fixed free of charge in later versions;
4. Updates: free lifetime updates — buy once, all future versions are free (copyright holder decision, 2026-11-03).
Response time: within 48 hours after receiving your message (may be delayed on holidays).
3. Hardware change and reissue
- Activation codes are bound to the device machine code (restarts and system updates do not affect it);
- If the machine code changes due to changing computers, reinstalling the system, or replacing the system disk, send the new machine code to QQ 1525022095 / WeChat wfxy181 / email xiang96528@qq.com for a free reissue, which does not consume a device slot;
- To use a 6th device, deactivate one old device (contact us) or purchase a new license.
4. Refund policy
This Software is a digital product, refunded as follows:
1. Not activated: within 7 days of purchase, if the activation code has never been used, you may request a full refund;
2. Activated: once the activation code has been activated, no refund;
3. Exception: if a major defect makes core functions (view / open / exit / release memory) unusable and remote assistance within 7 days cannot resolve it, a refund may be negotiated;
4. Refund requests: provide order information (purchase time, customer name) via QQ 1525022095 / WeChat wfxy181 / email xiang96528@qq.com; refunds are returned via the original payment channel, usually within 3-5 business days.
Tip: the 30-day full-feature trial is "try before you buy" — please test thoroughly before purchasing.
5. Cases not covered
- Cracked versions or copies obtained from unofficial channels;
- Bans caused by violating the EULA's usage restrictions (resale, redistribution, circumventing license verification, etc.);
- Loss of unsaved data in third-party programs caused by using "End process / Force end / Release memory" (the EULA's section 5 contains the disclaimer; please save important data before operating).
